RAPREX R-300 linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) was specifically developed to improve processability for blown film and low density foam applications without diluting the desired physical properties of 100% LLDPE.

Because of its unique long chain branched structure, films made from RAPREX R-300 at higher blow-up ratios exhibit a better balance of MD vs. TD film properties and improved gauge uniformity.

RAPREX R-300 offers unique rheological properties and can be processed on conventional foam equipment to make foams with very low densities and uniform closed-cell structures.
